Common questions

Before you book

The things most patients ask us before their first session.

Does acupressure or cupping therapy hurt?

Acupressure feels like firm, deep pressure — sore in a manageable way, similar to a deep tissue massage. Cupping creates a pulling sensation and can leave circular marks that fade within a few days. Acupuncture needles are hair-thin and most patients barely feel them going in. Tell us at any point if something feels too intense and we adjust.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on how long the problem has existed. Recent muscular pain often eases within 4–6 sessions. Long-standing conditions like chronic sciatica or cervical pain usually need a longer course. You get an honest estimate after the first assessment rather than a fixed package sold upfront.

Is it safe if I am already on medication?

These therapies generally work alongside ongoing medical treatment, and we ask about your medications and existing conditions during consultation. We never ask anyone to stop prescribed medicine. If you have a pacemaker, a bleeding disorder, are pregnant, or are under active treatment for a serious condition, mention it before your session and consult your treating doctor as well.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome, but sessions run on time slots so you may have to wait. A quick WhatsApp on 93116 93955 to confirm a slot saves you that wait. We are open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and closed on Mondays.

Where exactly is the center located?

We are at D-14, Sector-49 Barola, Noida, Uttar Pradesh — easily reachable from Sector 50, Sector 51, Sector 47 and the surrounding Noida sectors. Directions are linked in the footer of every page.

What should I wear or bring for my session?

Loose, comfortable clothing works best. Bring any recent X-rays, MRI reports or prescriptions if you have them — they help us understand your case faster. Avoid a heavy meal in the hour before your session.
